At Cork Six Month Smiles we can help you achieve straight white teeth in a shorter time using nearly invisible braces. I studied with Dr Cliff Georgakalis from Boston in Florida in 2007. Dr Georgakalis is an Orthodontist who pioneered 6 Month Braces and taught the process for many years in the USA.
Today there are 2 main trainers Dr Ryan Swain from New York CEO of Six Month Smiles and Dr Rick De Paul from Cleveland Ohio CEO of 6 Month Braces.
I completed my certification with Dr Swain in San Antonio Texas in February 2009 and last Year in May 2011 I attended the advanced 6 Month Braces and Lingual Braces course with Dr De Paul in Ohio, to date I’m the only dentist who is certified with both.
In September 2010 I was asked to speak in New York at the Six Month Smiles Advanced Level Reunion and while there was honoured to be bestowed with the Smiler of the Year award in recognition of both the number and complexity of cases we undertook here in Cork. Currently we are the only 5 Star Six Month Smile provider worldwide as well as being one of six Mentors at Six Month Smiles. This is where I can help train and advise other dentists around the world with their patients. I have been asked back to speak at the 2nd Advanced Level Conference in Boston in June 2012 where we hope to challenge again for the 2nd Smiler of the Year award!
